Now, we’re excited to introduce a key highlight from our portfolio: with the increasing demand for precision in microsurgical procedures, our Micro Saws offer the ideal combination of performance, control, and compact design. True to our motto, “Small saw, powerful performance,” we’ve recently updated our brochure and taken the opportunity to refine the presentation of this outstanding product family.
Each handpiece is equipped with a non-slip silicone grip, supports up to 20,000 rpm, and works with a range of miniaturized blades tailored to specific surgical needs. For added convenience, all models come with an integrated irrigation tube and fork wrench, ensuring efficient use and easy handling.
Whether in delicate bone work, controlled osteotomies, or precise plunge cuts – this system covers a wide field of application.
Please note that we no longer offer a dedicated motor system for our Micro Saws. However, several reputable manufacturers provide compatible motor systems suitable for use with our saws. It is important to ensure that the system features an INTRA coupling for proper compatibility. Recommended manufacturers include: Nouvag, W&H, Karl Storz, BienAir, NSK and Woodpecker.
In addition to the individual features listed below, you can also find a more detailed overview here showing which saw is best suited for each application:

Designed for narrow working areas, it enables highly precise sagittal cuts with fine, compact blades. A reliable solution for a broad range of microsurgical interventions requiring control and flexibility.
Provides smooth, safe cutting for fine osteotomies with minimal bone loss. Its focused design supports gentle bone contouring and excellent tactile feedback during the procedure.
Specially developed for precise plunge cuts in hard-to-access areas. Its reciprocating movement allows for excellent control in micro-access surgeries, supporting accuracy and efficiency.
Offers clean, controlled lateral cuts thanks to its oscillating motion. Compatible with various blade geometries, it is ideal for working in confined spaces with a need for versatility.
