Facelift scissors acc. to Solz

For the separation of the different tissue layers during facelift adequate instruments are essential.Especially an atraumatic separation corresponding to the anatomical structures is most important. On the basis of many years of experience in the range of facelift surgery (lifting of the facial skin) Dr. H. Solz of the Mannheimer Klinik für Plastische Chirurgie, has developed in collaboration with MEDICONspecial instruments (Facelift scissors acc. to Solz) for a better and atraumatic separation for the facelift.

The reinforcement of the shank front parts enables an atraumatic separation. The danger of skin perforation when effecting a surface-near and blunt separation is clearly reduced.

A slight opening of the tips allows a low-bleeding separation. As a result we have decisive advantages for the post-operative healing.

Pronounced tissue cords as well as osteodermal ligaments can be cut easily with the supercut edges.

The scissors supercut acc. to Solz are available in two different designs:

- supercut scissors - 204.79.20
20 cm, ( Sims pattern)

- supercut scissors - 214.79.15
15 cm, (Kaye pattern)
- supercut scissors - 214.79.20
20 cm, ( Kaye pattern)

The special form of the shank front parts enables an excellent, atraumatic separation of the tissue layers.

Advantages:

  • excellent, atraumatic separation of the tissue layers
  • neighbouring tissue layers are not penetrated during separation
  • less bleading and improved healing
