Return Shipments and Complaints

The MEDICON service team will support you and sort out the problem as soon as possible.

And this is how it works:

At first please download the form, that applies to your intention, fill it out and enclose it to your shipment. Please pay particular attention to the information about the decontamination status of used instruments. This helps to protect your and our employees and to process your shipment as fast as possible.


Concerning the return of redundant ordered  items:
Before you send any redundant ordered products back to us, please fax or email us the completely filled in return application form and wait for the approval of the shipment by MEDICON. Thus we ensure the quickest possible handling of the returned items.
After the approval of the return we only accept unused products in their original packaging.
